I'd booked this property for my friend and his family, and due to a network antenna error, I had mistakenly booked the room twice on the same date (and it was no cancellation). The hotel manager very kindly cancelled one of the rooms at no cost, and I am very grateful for their kindness.
Good location, close to many restaurants and shops in a friendly neighborhood. The room and the bathroom were clean, the shower was hot. The owner was very helpful and welcoming. Loved the big breakfast.
Rooms are clean, cleaner than some others more expensive hotels. Good stuff. Breakfast is modest but very good quality. Location is also good, local food in 5 minutes, streets with shops and cafes in 10 minutes. Also you can find a bus stop in 10 minutes so it's easy to get anywhere in Van or close area not using a taxi.
The staff was very friendly and asistes me with everything Therabody can despite to the language barrier

It was clean and came with breakfast. The hotel manager was really helpful. If you needed a tour or directions of places to visit or eat he all the recommendations.
The quality of the breakfast selection was excellent and fresh. Harun, the owner, organized several local tours for us that were interesting, well-priced, and informative, even when we asked at the last minute. It is a family business with a warm and helpful atmosphere. The communal area, with free tea, is perfect to meet friends. Bathroom and room were very clean.
The owner was helpful in every way and very knowledgeable about the history of the area.
Everything was super.Hotel has a good location,the room was spacious and clean.The breakfast was good.The staff is very friendly and the owner, Mr Harun organizes trips to and around Van. Thanks to everyone at the hotel for their help and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel!
